01What Lendo is

Lendo is building a way to lend tokenized stocks on Solana. Today it is only this website and a waitlist. You can't deposit, lend or borrow anything here yet.

What we say about Lendo may change before it launches, and it may not launch at all. If it does, the product will come with its own terms.

02Not an offer or advice

Nothing on this site is an offer to sell, or a request to buy, any security or digital asset. Nothing here is financial, investment, legal or tax advice.

Joining the waitlist doesn't give you any token, allocation, return, ownership or other interest in Lendo.

03Who can join

You must be at least 18 and able to enter a binding agreement. You are responsible for making sure that using this site is legal where you live. We may refuse or limit access in some countries, and Lendo may not be available everywhere when it opens.

04The waitlist

When you join, we keep your email address and write to you once, on the day Lendo opens. Joining doesn't guarantee you access to Lendo or to any feature. Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle your email address.

05Fair use

Only sign up with an email address that is yours. Don't automate sign-ups, attack or probe our systems, or use the site for anything unlawful. We may remove entries and block access if we reasonably believe these terms have been broken.

06Our content

The Lendo name, logo, design and content belong to Lendo. Trademarks of other companies belong to their owners. Lendo is not affiliated with, or endorsed by, any company whose stock may be available in tokenized form, unless we say so.

07Risks

Tokenized stocks, digital assets and blockchain networks carry real risks, including price movements, network outages, smart-contract failures and changes in regulation. You could lose money using products of this kind.

08No warranties

The site is provided "as is" and "as available". We work to keep it accurate and running, but we don't promise it will be uninterrupted or free of errors.

09Liability

To the extent the law allows, Lendo is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability to you for any claim is limited to $100. Nothing in these terms limits liability that can't be limited by law, or your statutory rights as a consumer.

10Ending

You can stop using the site and leave the waitlist at any time. We may change or end the site or the waitlist, and we'll give notice where reasonable. Sections that should continue by their nature, such as liability and fair use, continue afterwards.

11Changes

We may update these terms. If we do, we'll change the date at the top of this page and tell you directly about significant changes. Continuing to use the site afterwards means you accept them.
