Privacy Policy

The short version: If you join the waitlist, we keep your email address to write to you once when Lendo opens. We don't sell your data, we set no cookies and we don't track you. You can have your data removed at any time.
This policy explains what information Lendo collects, why, who helps us process it and the choices you have.
01Who we are
Lendo LLC ("Lendo", "we", "us") runs the website at uselendo.app. For anything about your data, write to admin@uselendo.app.
02What we collect

We don't sell your information, and we don't use advertising trackers or analytics.

04Legal basis
Where data protection law such as the GDPR applies, we rely on:
- Consent for the waitlist email. You can withdraw it at any time.
- Legitimate interests to secure the site and prevent abuse.
- Legal obligation where we must keep records by law.
05Who helps us
We share information only with providers that run parts of the site for us, under their own data protection terms:
- Vercel hosts the site, keeps server logs and stores waitlist emails.
- Google Fonts serves the typefaces, so your browser requests them from Google.
- jsDelivr serves the code behind the page animation, so your browser requests it from jsDelivr.
We may also disclose information if required by law, or to protect the rights and safety of Lendo and its users. Some providers process data outside your country, including in the United States. Where required, those transfers rely on appropriate safeguards such as standard contractual clauses.
06How long we keep it
- Waitlist emails: until you ask us to remove you.
- Emails you send us: as long as we need them to answer you.
- Server logs: short periods set by our hosting provider.
07Your rights
Depending on where you live, you can ask to access, correct, delete or export your information, object to or restrict how we use it, and withdraw consent. Email admin@uselendo.app and we will respond within 30 days. If you are in the EU, the EEA or the UK, you can also complain to your local data protection authority.
08Security
We use encrypted connections (HTTPS), and waitlist emails are kept in private storage that can't be read without our access key. No service is perfectly secure, but we work to protect your information and will tell you about a breach that affects you where the law requires it.
09Children
Lendo is not intended for anyone under 18, and we don't knowingly collect information from children. If you believe a child has given us information, contact us and we will delete it.
10Changes
If we change this policy, we'll update the date at the top of this page and tell you directly if the change is significant.
